# Hunter: your next task

> Press Hunter and get one task, assigned to you. It stays yours until it is done or rescheduled, and a reminder brings it back on time.

Source: https://docs.komplian.com/crm/hunter

Where: Header → Hunter
Who: Owners, admins and members.

**Hunter**, in the header, shows how many tasks you have left. Press it and it hands you one task and assigns it to you: who created it, when it is due, and the contact, with a button to call them.

## Which task comes up

Tasks that are yours or nobody's, due today or without a date. Overdue tasks and calls to return are more likely to come up first, and two people never get the same task. Tasks created by hand and those created by Komplian (a missed call, a flow, the agent) are both included.

## Done or reschedule

Until you finish the task, pressing Hunter again hands you the same one. There are two ways out:

| Choice | What happens |
| --- | --- |
| **Done** | The task is closed and the next press gives you another. |
| **Reschedule** | It moves to in an hour, tomorrow at 9:00, Monday at 9:00 or another day, with an optional reason. |

## Reminders

When the time of a rescheduled task comes, a reminder appears. Opening it gives you that task first.
