POS
Send orders to the kitchen, collect split payments and keep the cash and stock records together.
Take an order
Open Hospitality → Orders. POS and Orders share this workspace, with the order queue, menu catalogue and account together. Search the published menu or choose a category. Selecting a dish opens the same detail sheet guests see, with its photo, description and allergens. Choose quantity and kitchen notes, then select Add to cart to add it to the command. Opening or dismissing the sheet does not add a dish. Choose Dine in with a table, Takeaway or Delivery. Customer selection uses the same contact picker as quotes and orders. Send the order to the kitchen; it appears in the kitchen queue. Unsaved orders stay in this browser tab after reloading.
Kitchen and tables
Kitchen preparation and payment have separate states. Accept the order, mark it ready and then served. A paid order still reaches the kitchen. An order with a recorded payment cannot be cancelled. In Tables, configure areas, table positions, shapes and seats; open the table’s account with Collect payment. Accounts include every order in that service, even when the service spans more than one day.
Split payments
On desktop, the account panel matches the height of the order queue and menu column. Its totals and payment actions sit at the bottom. On smaller screens, the account follows the menu.
Open an account and choose Collect payment. Collect the full balance or choose Split and enter an amount. Cash records the amount received and calculates change. With connected payments enabled and the restaurant’s merchant account verified, Card sends the amount to a supported terminal or opens a secure online payment link. Use external card registration only for a payment already completed on an unconnected terminal, with an optional reference. Repeat until the outstanding balance is zero. Retries do not duplicate a successful payment, and two devices cannot collect more than the remaining balance.
Receipts, cash and stock
Use Payment history in the Orders or Tables account to recover saved receipts, including partial payments and external terminal references. Select View receipt to inspect and print it. History remains available after reloading and uses pages for older receipts. Staff with view permission can read receipts without being offered payment collection.
Each payment has a printable receipt and contributes to the day’s confirmed sales and cash report. Stock is deducted once when an order is fully paid: a recipe consumes its ingredients or its own produced stock. Partial payments contribute cash and tax amounts immediately; item quantities and ticket counts are recorded on settlement. A closed cash day rejects new payments. Resolve pending connected collections before closing. Receipts are operational proof of payment and do not replace fiscal invoices.
Digital menu
In Menus, personalize the theme, layout, colors, fonts, images and contact details. The public menu includes dish search and allergen filters. Enable table ordering and share the QR for that table. Its orders appear in the same kitchen and account as staff orders. The cart survives a reload, and changed prices require a fresh review before sending.
Connected payments
When connected payments are enabled, an authorized workspace administrator connects and verifies the restaurant’s merchant account. The initial integration supports Spain and EUR through Stripe. Compatible online readers must belong to that merchant account and country. An unconfigured or unsupported connection cannot collect automatically.
The provider selector shows server-defined availability. Adyen and PaynoPain appear as Integration pending and cannot create payments yet; selecting them never uses Stripe instead. Apple Pay and Google Pay are wallet methods offered by an eligible payment gateway, not separate merchant connections.
Choose a connected reader or share the secure payment link. For an open table service, share its account QR: the customer sees the current bill and can pay the available balance, a chosen amount or an equal share. A payment reduces the account only after the provider confirms it. Closing the browser or losing a response does not mean the payment failed; check the original attempt before collecting again. Card authentication and supported wallets are handled by the provider.
From a connected receipt, staff with billing management permission can request a full or partial refund and enter a reason. The history also records refunds made in the provider dashboard, including pending results. Refunds do not reopen the original debt or return consumed ingredients to stock. Make any required fiscal correction in your invoicing software. Reservation deposits, saved-card guarantees, automatic no-show charges, prepaid experiences and gift cards are not included in this integration.
