IMAP intake, SMTP sending, quote classification, and approval detection for standard mail hosts.
Connection
Go to Integrations → Custom mailbox and enter the mailbox’s IMAP and SMTP settings. Komplian includes common defaults for one.com, but any standard IMAP/SMTP provider can be used.
Quote Intake
When connected, Komplian can read new mailbox messages, classify quote requests and customer approvals, create or update leads, and keep the quote timeline in sync.
Flow Emails
Flows can send email through the connected mailbox to the contact, fixed internal recipients, or workspace owners/admins. This is useful for production, logistics, invoicing, and other quote handoffs.
