Connection
Go to Integrations → Google Calendar, connect your Google account, pick the calendar that should receive reservations, and enable the book appointments AI skill.
Booking Flow
Once connected, the AI agent can show real-time availability in chat and reserve an exact slot after the customer confirms it. A booking requires the customer’s email so Google Calendar can send the invite directly and the customer can add the appointment to their own calendar.
Customers can also ask the AI to change or cancel an existing appointment from the chat. Komplian keeps the slot blocked while the appointment exists, and only frees it when that appointment is cancelled or moved to another available slot.
Merchant Calendar
When a calendar is connected, Komplian unlocks a dedicated Calendario / Calendar view in the workspace navigation. This page shows a visual monthly calendar with appointments, customer details, booking status, and updates synced from the connected Google Calendar.
Komplian keeps a local mirror of the selected provider calendar and refreshes it automatically when Google Calendar changes, so appointments edited directly in Google still appear in Komplian without manual cleanup.
