One AI credit is one reply from your agent, or about 100,000 words of knowledge indexed. Conversations and the knowledge base share the same pool. Need more of one thing than your edition carries? Add-ons: an extra seat (€15/mo), an extra messaging channel (€29/mo), an extra workspace (€29/mo), 25 extra knowledge sources (€19/mo), or 5,000 AI credits (€59, one-time, never expire).
Free Trial
Every new workspace gets 14 days free on the edition you pick on the pricing page (Starter, Growth or Pro), with that edition’s limits. No credit card required. The trial starts the first time you open your workspace; when it ends, the owner confirms the edition from the billing page. Enterprise is shaped per customer and is not trialled.
Managing Your Subscription
Go to Settings → Billing to view your current plan, usage, payment method, and invoices. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal.
