Modules

See which modules your plan includes and turn them on or off in each workspace.

What a module is

A module is a business area with its own place in the sidebar: AI Agent, Smart Inbox, Contacts, Calendar, Flows, Forms, Analytics, Sales, Purchases and Inventory. Features such as white label, advanced knowledge or API access belong to a module; they are not modules of their own.

Your plan decides which modules your account can use. Each workspace then decides which of those it has switched on, so a second business can use a different set without changing the plan.

Turn modules on and off

Owners and admins open Settings → Modules. Each card says whether the module is Active in this workspace, Inactive (included in your plan, switched off here) or Not included in your plan. Open a card to see what the module does and switch it on or off.

  • Switching a module off hides it from the sidebar and from Intelligence. It never deletes data: switch it back on and everything is where you left it.
  • Members see the modules that are on. To change them, ask an owner or admin.
  • If a module is not included in your plan, contact us to add it.

Dependencies

Sales, Purchases and Inventory are separate modules and can be switched on one by one. When a module needs another one, switching it on switches on the one it needs, and the one it needs cannot be switched off while the other is on. The module page lists both directions.

Integrations and channels

Connected platforms are not switched on and off here: they are connected. Open Integrations in the sidebar for stores, productivity tools, data sources and automation, and AI Agent → Channels for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, Slack, Discord, the web chat and your mailbox. Every card shows its status without opening it: Connected, Syncing, Error or Not connected.

Configure your business

During onboarding you choose your industry and goals, and Komplian suggests the modules that fit; you decide which ones to switch on. Home then groups the setup of your active modules into a short checklist that only ticks a step when the work is really done. You can skip any step and come back to it later.
