Delivery Notes
Every delivery you record leaves a delivery note: view it, print it or send it to the customer.
Where delivery notes come from
Sales → Delivery notes lists every delivery note in the workspace. Each one is created by a delivery you record and says exactly what left, when, and for whom. From an order, select View delivery notes to see only the ones for that order.
A delivery without an order
When goods go out without an order, select New delivery note, choose the customer from Contacts and the catalogue lines, and select Record delivery. The delivery is recorded and its goods leave stock in one step.
View, print and send
View document shows the delivery note as the customer receives it, with your company details, and Print / PDF prints it or saves it as a PDF, for example to go with the goods. Send by email opens the email composer with the PDF attached, to review and send from your connected mailbox. The list shows which delivery notes were sent.
