How Shopify product synchronization works.
Automatic Sync
When you connect Shopify, all your products are imported into Komplian. Changes in Shopify (new products, price updates, inventory changes) are synced in real time through webhooks.
Webhooks
Komplian registers the following Shopify webhooks automatically:
products/create: New product added.products/update: Product details changed.products/delete: Product removed.orders/create: New order placed.inventory_levels/update: Stock quantity changed.
Troubleshooting
If products aren’t syncing, check that your Shopify connection is active under Integrations. You may need to disconnect and reconnect if the access token has expired.
