Tables
Use cards or a floor plan to open table accounts, add dishes and collect payments.
Cards and floor plan
Open Hospitality → Tables. Switch between cards and the floor plan, choose an area, search a table or customer, and filter available or occupied tables. Cards show capacity, dishes, elapsed time and order value. Occupancy comes from an open table service.
Configure your room
Choose Configure to add areas, tables and room elements. The same options bar provides area selection, editing, undo and redo. Add room elements from a compact menu. Set table name, shape, seats and minimum covers, then drag it into place or resize the selected piece. Use the zoom controls, fit the plan to the canvas or pan the canvas to reach another part of the room. Return to service when finished.
Position changes appear immediately and save in order. The save indicator shows progress or a failure with a retry action. Pending positions remain in this browser after reloading until they are saved; a live refresh does not overwrite your latest unsaved movement. Undo and redo apply to position and size changes while the pieces still exist.
Open an account
Select an occupied table to see its orders, preparation states, notes, total paid and outstanding balance. Add dishes opens POS for that table. Collect payment opens the account payment window, with full or partial amounts and a cash keypad. Manage lets you move the service or close it. Unpaid orders must be settled or cancelled before closing.
Reservations and service
The reservation list reads Calendar bookings for the day. Seat a booking or a walk-in using available tables, including joined tables for a larger group. An upcoming booking is shown in the list and does not mark a table occupied before seating. Open restaurant views receive committed changes through a live connection while visible and reconcile their records when reconnected or when you return to the tab.
