Orders

Search orders, follow preparation and open accounts awaiting payment.

Find an order

Open Hospitality → Orders. Choose a business day, all active kitchen orders or all unpaid accounts. Search by customer, table, order number or dish. Use the shared options bar to filter by service, preparation status and payment status. The list uses pages, so older records remain accessible.

Preparation and payment

Open a card to see its dishes, kitchen notes and outstanding amount. The preparation action moves it to the next kitchen state. Collect the account in the same Orders workspace. A served order can still be unpaid, and a paid order can still need cooking. The unpaid view includes outstanding accounts from earlier days.

Delivery platforms

The initial delivery integration is available for activation through Deliverect for Spanish legal entities using EUR. Open Delivery in Orders to prepare the location connection, publish the menu and inspect received orders. Glovo, Uber Eats and Just Eat require an active channel connection for each restaurant; their availability depends on the platform, country and commercial agreement. A displayed channel name does not mean it is connected. Partner activation and certification are required before live use.

Verified delivery orders enter the same Orders and Kitchen queue with their original platform reference, prices and instructions. Repeated notifications do not create another order. Accept, mark ready and mark served from Komplian; failed status deliveries remain pending for retry. Marketplace preparation cannot be moved backwards after submission. Search also accepts the platform reference. Test orders remain separate from operational orders, sales and stock.

A platform-paid order cannot be collected again or cancelled locally. For supported orders without financial adjustments or modifiers, the confirmed amount creates one receipt and sales record and consumes stock once. It is recorded as a platform receivable, not as cash or proof of a bank payout. Orders with unmapped dishes, discounts, fees, mixed payments or unsupported modifiers retain their original evidence and require financial review. Their second collection is blocked, and automatic financial registration is not yet available for those cases. Platform cancellations retain the order history; refunds and payout matching require separate handling through the platform.

Shared business records

Menus, recipes and purchases use the same inventory catalogue. POS payments feed restaurant cash and confirmed sales. A restaurant order is a kitchen record, not an invoice: Komplian does not issue invoices yet.
