Filter conversations by channel, status, and more.
Channel Filters
Use the left sidebar to filter conversations by channel:
- All: Every conversation across all channels.
- Web Widget: Conversations from your website chat.
- WhatsApp: WhatsApp Business messages.
- Instagram: Instagram DM conversations.
Status Tabs
- Active: Ongoing conversations.
- Archived: Resolved or closed conversations.
