Analytics

Read recorded sales, payments, top dishes and service, with access to cash, closes and costs.

Sales and service

Open Hospitality → Analytics and choose the last seven days, thirty days or a custom period. The chart shows confirmed net sales by day; select a day for its figures. Tickets, average ticket, recorded covers and top dishes use actual sales records. Missing cover data shows a dash. The service cards show current active orders and available tables independently of the report period.

Cash and business areas

The payment breakdown shows recorded cash, card and other payments. Open Cash, Closes or Food safety from the same screen. Purchases and Inventory keep supplier receipts and stock movements in their existing areas.

People with billing management permission also see connected payment reconciliation for the selected period: captured money, refunds and provider fees are separate figures. The lists retain provider references, unassigned movements, payouts, disputes and payment exceptions. Use Refresh provider data to resume a paginated import, or review the original payment to recover a pending operation. A provider payout marked paid is not proof of matching a bank statement. This view is not a complete profit-and-loss statement.

Costs and inventory

Open Costs and inventory for food cost, waste, menu engineering and detailed sales. Food cost compares opening stock plus purchases minus closing stock with confirmed net sales. The waste report groups recorded losses by reason and item. Menu engineering compares actual dish quantities and margin to help review recipes and prices.
