Connect a Telegram bot so the AI agent and your team answer the private chats people start with it.

Create the bot

Open @BotFather

In Telegram, start a chat with @BotFather.

Send /newbot

Send /newbot and choose a name and a username for your bot.

Copy the token

BotFather replies with the bot token, a text like 123456789:AA.... Copy all of it, including the digits before the colon.

Open Telegram in Komplian

Open AI Agent → Channels → Telegram.

Paste the token

Paste it in Bot token and connect. Komplian sets up the rest.

Try it

Write to your bot on Telegram. The chat arrives in Smart Inbox and the agent answers.

Komplian stores the token encrypted and only receives the messages people send to this bot.

The integration page shows one of these lines:

Line	Meaning
"Telegram is delivering messages to Komplian."	Everything works.
"Telegram is not delivering to Komplian right now"	Delivery fails. The line gives the reason.
"This bot is delivering somewhere else."	Another service took the bot. Reconnect it to point it back at Komplian.
