Connect Discord so people in your server ask the AI agent with the command /komplian. Questions and answers arrive in Smart Inbox.

Connect Discord

Open Discord

Open AI Agent → Channels → Discord and press Connect Discord.

Pick the server

Choose the server where the agent should answer. You need the Manage Server permission there.

Finish the settings

Back in Komplian, choose where team replies are posted and press Save settings.

Komplian asks to see channels, send messages, and read messages and members only where you tell it to. It cannot manage the server or delete anything.

How people ask

A person writes /komplian followed by their question in a channel of the server. The agent answers below the question.

Settings

Setting	What it does
Private replies	On by default: only the person who ran the command sees the answer. Off: the whole channel sees it.
Channel ID for team replies (optional)	The channel where replies your team sends from Smart Inbox, and the test message, are posted.
Buttons under every answer	Up to 5 links shown as buttons under each answer, for example your documentation or your support page.
Send a test message	Posts a test message in the team replies channel.

To get a channel ID, right-click the channel in Discord and choose Copy Channel ID. An ID has 17 to 20 digits. Each button needs a label of up to 80 characters and an https link.

Disconnect Discord

Press Disconnect Discord. The agent stops answering in that server. The bot stays in the server until you remove it in Discord.

Limits


Who you can write to	Only people who used the command first.
Reply window	None.
Channel limit	Discord counts as 1 channel of your plan.
