Add the Komplian chat widget to your website.

Installation

Add the following script tag to your website’s HTML, just before the closing </body> tag:

Replace YOUR_WIDGET_ID with your actual widget ID, found in AI Agent → Channels → Web Widget.

If you’re on Shopify, you can install the widget through the Shopify app without editing code.

Widget Studio

The Widget Studio lets you customize every aspect of the chat bubble:

  • Brand Color: Primary color for the widget header and buttons.
  • Position: Left or right side of the screen.
  • Launcher Style: Choose between a bubble icon or avatar.
  • Agent Name & Avatar: Display name and profile image shown in the chat.
  • Company Logo: Logo shown in the widget home view.

Quick Actions

Configure up to 6 quick action buttons that appear in the widget home view. Each action has an icon and label (e.g., “Track Order”, “Size Guide”, “Contact Support”).

Customization

  • Welcome Message: The first message shown when a customer opens the chat.
  • Allowed Domains: Restrict the widget to specific domains for security.
  • Branding: Option to remove “Powered by Komplian” on paid plans.
